Can I track my order?

Flottie members can view the status of their order by logging into our website. This will allow you to monitor the progress of any orders you have placed. Please note, you may not be able to view your order status while it is being updated.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns if the following criteria are met:

  • The item was delivered within 30 days
  • The item is still in its original, unused condition
  • The order number is provided

What if my product is faulty?

We are committed to offering high-quality products to our customers. However, if you happen to find any defects or issues with our products, please let us know so we can assist you in resolving the problem.

Can I place an order without registering?

Yes, of course! But we think it will make your life easier if you create an account so you can track your orders more easily.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay. 

I am an international customer (outside Australia). Do I need to pay customs & taxes?

Please note that any items shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes depending on the regulations of your country or the destination country. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred for customs clearance once your package arrives. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount. As customs policies differ between countries, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
